- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Literally just rang to ask to speak with a doctor and got abruptly and quite rudely spoken at saying 'no appointments' I honestly think the staff here need some serious training on customer relations. They are abrupt and rude and have no skills to be working in the public sector. Would highly recommend that you stay as far away from this place as possible. Also I didn't ask for an appointment just to speak with a doctor and when I corrected them on that fact they got even more rude and started being very childish about the whole ordeal. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctors are not very helpful at all, niether are the staff. I rang up to ask my iron levels, AFTER BEING SENT IRON SUPPLEMENTS, and the receptionist had the cheek to tell me my iron levels were completely fine while her tone of voice was extremely rude and she did not know what on earth she was talking about.
